Our story

Formerly known as the National Risk Assessment Centre, the company started out by providing risk assessments to landlords and their agents throughout the UK.

Over time, it became apparent that there was a real need to support landlords and agents with more than just risk assessments.

In response, the Safer Homes team was established to provide TIARO, a complete property health and safety programme that includes both on-site and online services.

We are the go-to company for landlords, agents and homeowners looking to create and maintain a safe and healthy home.
